Fraudulent Attacks On Our Business

Hi G & J Fam,

Unfortunately, over the last couple of days we have been having some issues regarding someone in the Brisbane area fraudulently using our email address to subscribe and sign up to hundreds of mailing lists and websites of all sorts. Even going as far as posting ads with pictures of Gavin with disgusting and defamatory wording.

Should you receive any odd or out of character correspondence from anyone claiming to be G & J Towing or Gavin, please send it through to us in messenger so that we can pass it on to our IT professional.

Due the the influx of spam emails and phone calls, we may potentially miss your quote requests or bookings. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. And want you to know that this is a completely external threat and none of your personal or business information has been compromised.

We are working on tracking the IP address as we speak, and we thank you for your patience and understanding in the mean time.

It is unfortunate that as a small family business we have to deal with these things, in already difficult and uncertain times, as COVID concerns arise once again. But G & J will not be driven out by anyone, and these attacks on our business and reputations will not be tolerated.
